The machine is equipped with an applications database of cutting parameters, files may also be supplied in .DWG, .DXF and .PDF formats, fax and hardcopy.


CAD/CAM design process - precision laser tube cutting

Our machine, which is equipped with a Rofin Sinfar Co2 laser and a Siemens Sinumerik 840D CNC, can process tubes up to 8.5 metres long with diameters ranging from 12 to 152mm. One of the major attractions of our machine is that they consolidate up to six manual operations such as sawing, punching, drilling and deburring into a single continuous cutting process.

Round: 12 to 140 diameter (optionally 152.4mm)
Square: 12 x 12mm to 120 x 120mm
Section: Any section that can be inscribed within a circle diameter of 150mm, (side dimensions from 12 - 140mm and a max difference between the sides of 110mm).

The laser is the future of the tube industry because it is quick, clean, quiet and most of all accurate.
